We are excited for Rock Kids summer Camp 2024! Your kids will LOVE every minute of their camp experience. The camp is open to kids ages 7-12.

Spring Cherish gathering 2024
We are a group of women who come together to celebrate that we are cherished by our Creator and are flourishing because of His great love for us. We are mothers daughters, sisters, and friends who know our value and desire to share it with others. Together we join to worship, laugh, cry and grow. Pastor Susan will be bringing a word that will inspire, encourage and lift our hearts, as well as make us laugh! We can’t wait to gather with you April 19.

Easter at The Rock
Easter is right around the corner and we would LOVE to have you celebrate with us. What can one expect at one of our services? There will be an incredible time of worship, a faith filled-life giving message preached, an incredible service for kids of all ages, a cafe with all sorts of drinks and a community of people passionate about Jesus! Water baptisms will be happening at each service. You can sign up for those here.

We will Rock the Rink on Sunday, March 10 at Winwood Skating Rink from 5:30-7:30.
This is a night to honor and celebrate our church community.
This event is free for adults + kids, including skate rental!

Mexico City Missions Trip Info Meeting
Interested in going to Mexico City on a missions trip? There is an Informational meeting on February 24 at 6:30pm in RockKids. Ages 10+.

Financial Peace University
FPU is a nine-lesson course that teaches you the step-by-step plan—aka the Baby Steps—to pay off debt fast and save more money for your future.
This will take place on Sunday afternoons at 4:00, starting January 21.
Prayer + Fasting + Worship
Join us for early morning prayer, Monday - Friday, January 8-12 from 5:30-6:30 at the Rock.
We will end the week with a worship night on Saturday at 5:00pm!
ONLINE ONLY SERVICES: DECEMBER 30 + 31
Join us Online December 30 + 31. There will be no services at the building this weekend.
Grab some hot chocolate and your family and watch services on Facebook or Youtube.
A special kids service from Miss Christy will be available as well!
Christmas Eve Services
There is no better way to end this year than by celebrating and worshipping with us at one of our Christmas Eve Services!
We will be singing carols, sharing communion + celebrating the birth of our Savior.
We will have four services:

Sunday, December 24 at 9 + 10:45 am
There will be childcare available for children 5 and under.

The Stop Trafficking Project Information Nights
Run to Stop It is honored to partner with Russ Tuttle and the Stop Trafficking Project team to provide awareness and education to our community's kids, teens and adults.
We have two events coming up we would love for you to be a part of.
On Wednesday, October 25th at 6 we will have a class where they will be speaking to both adults and kids ages 6-12. Directly after, will be a class solely for the parents and adults while the kids will head back to Rockkids for games and hanging out.
This will allow the parents to learn more about what our kids are facing specifically through technology while the kids get to go have some fun!
On Thursday, October 26, Russ Tuttle’s team will be speaking to our youth at Crew, our student ministry here at the Rock, at 6:30pm.
These events are open to the community. If you know anyone who may not understand the complexity of these issues, this is a great, safe place to bring them.
Please join us in this educational opportunity as we are a part of the process to end exploitation of our kids and teens before it starts.

Hayride
The Hayride is happening on October 15!
The hayride is a free community event and you don’t need to register! But if you are able to serve, then this is the right place to be!
There is opportunity to help set up for the event, serve during the event and even clean up! You can find out the specific times and areas at the link below. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Men’s Discipleship 2023/24
We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us on this new and exciting journey for the men of the Rock of KC. Radical Mentoring is a 9 month commitment. You will have 1 meeting per month with your group and mentor. You will also have 1 informal meeting with another guy in your group. This could be over coffee, for lunch, etc.
We will also have a 2 day retreat on the front end in October and another 2 day retreat at the close of the program. (TBD)
This first session launches September 10th, so fill out an application now to grab your spot! Below you will find more information about Radical Mentoring and what it will do for your life and the lives of other men.
Radical Mentoring seeks to accomplish 3 main goals.
DEVELOP AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS
By focusing on our stories, Radical Mentoring groups create a safe space for men to be real, encourage each other, and drive relationships deep.
GROW DEEPER IN THEIR FAITH
The Radical Mentoring process shows men what it means to live “this way of life” as they journey together and challenge one another in their walks with Jesus.
FIND MEANING AND PURPOSE
Going through a Radical Mentoring group gives older men a way to share their life experience and provides younger men a process to develop as leaders.

Men’s Cornhole Tournament
Whether you come out to dominate the cornhole tourney or not - make plans to attend this years event for some great food, great convos and hopefully even better cornhole! Cost is $15 per player. This cost covers your entry fee and food.

This is a night for ages 18+
Crew Nights
Join us for two amazing nights at Crew Nights!
August 10 + 11
5-9pm on Thursday + Friday
There will be food, worship and a word both nights! There will also be games and a 4v4 volleyball tournament! These nights are for 7-12 graders.
The theme is Malibu so bring your best beach attire.

July 4 Golf Scramble
Golf Season is in full swing! So get signed up, start hitting the range and get ready for this years 4th of July Scramble. Shotgun start at 8:30am on Tuesday, July 4th at Shiloh Springs Golf Course in Platte City, MO.
The cost is $98 for a two man team.
*This years format is a TWO MAN Scramble but you may request to play with another two-some. We will do our best to pair everyone with their request.
